Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales Tax of 5.6% will be added to all WI Orders.

Do you sell “this product” online?
If it isn’t on the site, we do not. Sorry.


Order Status

What does it mean?

Processing:
Your payment was accepted and your order will be picked and shipped in the order it was received.

Completed:
Your order is prepped for shipping or has left the warehouse already.

Tracking:
You will receive an email from Stamps.com with your tracking number.

Where is my order confirmation/tracking number?
If you did not receive an email confirmation for your order, please check your spam folder.
Your tracking number will come in a different email from Stamps.com

How long will it take for my order to ship?
The time between placing the order and shipping the order varies from 1-10 business days.


Drop Ship

What is Drop Ship?
Drop Ship means a warehouse we partnered with will ship your item from their location. This allows us to list items we don’t usually carry in our store. It also allows us to speed up the shipping process if we are out of stock at our location.

What happens if a Drop Ship item becomes unavailable after I place my order?
In most cases, we will be able to ship within 10 days, usually less. If for some reason your item is discontinued by our partners, will take longer than expected, or some other unforeseen circumstance, we will give you the option on how we proceed.

Drop Ship Items
ALL DROP SHIP ITEMS SHIP FEDEX WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED.

Drop ship items carry a slightly higher rate due to FedEx Signature.

A signature is needed to reduce/eliminate the number of stolen packages and mishaps that occur with unattended packages.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misdirected, or damaged mail.
Please be sure you input the billing and mailing addresses correctly.

WE CANNOT SEND FREE REPLACEMENTS PER THE NEW REGULATIONS. WE HIGHLY SUGGEST PRIORITY MAIL TO INSURE YOUR PACKAGE AGAINST LOSS/DAMAGE.

Will you ship to an address other than my Billing Address?
We can only ship to the Purchaser and to the Billing Address. In light of new regulation, we cannot send products to an address other than the Billing Address.

How long will it take?
The Vape Apes attempt to process, package, and ship every order as fast as we can. The time between the placing of the order and the shipping of the order may vary from 1-10 business days. If any issue arises or snag occurs, we will notify you promptly of the situation and a list of remedies, if applicable.

Can I get free shipping?
Every order of $30 or more qualifies for free shipping. The cart will show the option automatically. You must still select it from the options. No coupon code is needed.

The Following FAQs apply to The Vape Apes Brand eLiquids Only

Gluten-Free
The Vape Apes eLiquids are Gluten-Free as well. Vapers with a PG sensitivity do not need to worry and neither do vapers with a gluten sensitivity! Vape Happy!

Ethylene Glycol and Diethylene Glycol
Our eliquids contain absolutely ZERO Ethylene Glycol and ZERO Diethylene Glycol.

Kosher
The VG used in our ejuice is Kosher; however, the flavorings are not.

Do you fill your bottles properly?
The Lab we use ensures our bottles contain the full amount of eLiquid we advertise on the label. We will never short you a single milliliter. We spot check our Lab to make sure they fill properly. We find our bottles contain the advertised amount with some showing up to 2mL more. You may end up with a free bonus! Not every bottle will have more, but every bottle will be properly filled.

Do you add coloring to your juice?
We do not add coloring outside of whatever comes organically with the flavorings used.

Why is my juice faded in color?
Some colors are UV sensitive and/or photosensitive. This means the color will fade when exposed to sun or other forms of light. The taste and safety is unaffected.

Where is the eLiquid/eJuice made?
Our eLiquid is produced in a clean lab that has been certified to meet ISO 9001:2008 standards. The lab is located in Wisconsin, USA. Since the lab has to have minimum levels of control, cleanliness, and knowledge on staff, you can be assured our eLiquid has a very high level of consistency and purity.

What is the PG/VG content of the eLiquid/eJuice?
Our juice is 100% VG, except in the rare case an amount of PG is needed to maintain mixtures. Vegetable glycerin (VG) is a thicker solution compared to propylene glycol (PG). VG has a slight sweet taste which also makes the e-liquid sweeter. PG is known to give users a dry mouth. You also get a smoother hit when using VG. On the upside, because of its high consistency, VG e-liquids produce significantly more vapor and do not cause allergic reactions as often as propylene glycol.

Inventory Discrepancies
In the event a bottle size is not in stock, we may send you bottles of different sizes instead. This is to cut down on your wait, yet still deliver the quantity you desired. You will always receive the amount you order or greater.
